Communication: New Technical Support operation


From February 1st, 2021, our Technical Support will work exclusively through the opening of electronic tickets.

The current service channels via phone, chat and e-mail support@novusautomation.com will be deactivated.

This new procedure aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of technical support.  

 

When technical support is needed, we ask our customers to open a ticket through our website, as demonstrated in the video below:  

 

 

We are continuously seeking to improve our service and this change in the operation of Technical Support goes in this direction.
