Pharmaceutical industry uses smart gateway in application with wireless monitoring

For many years, the main variables recording in the pharmaceutical industry, such as climate monitoring of warehouses, has been done manually and was susceptible to human errors. In 2014, a pharmaceutical company sought NOVUS for a solution of climate monitoring more efficient, safe and reliable.

NOVUS will be closed for Holiday Season from December 22nd, 2018 to January 7th, 2019.

The information gained through NXperience BLE can be exported directly from your mobile phone to the Cloud or to any computer, allowing the generation of reports and graphs that facilitate analysis of the data anytime, anywhere.

It was with great emotion that NOVUS Automation inaugurated its new headquarters in October 2018. Located in Canoas, in Rio Grande do Sul, the new space has more than five thousand square meters of built area, three thousands of them dedicated to the factory.

Have you ever heard of something “made in the thighs”?

There is an expression in Brazilian Portuguese to refer to something badly done: “made in the thighs”. But where does that expression come from? The most used explanation for its origin comes from the era of slavery in Brazil. The slaves that were unable to do heavy work were responsible for producing tiles, molding the clay on their thighs. As each one had a different size and shape of thigh, the tile production was completely heterogeneous and the roof assembly was crooked, looking like it had been badly made, or “made on the thighs”!

The evolution of clean rooms and what it changes in your life
