At the 13th Latin American Smart Grid Forum, NOVUS presented innovation for asset monitoring in the energy segment

Designed for the modernization and digitalization of the electric power industry, the 13th Latin-American Smart Grid Forum has NOVUS as a sponsor and exhibitor. The event, held on November 29th and 30th, gathered authorities, executives, managers, and engineers from electric power utilities and distributors from countries such as Brazil, Chile, and Colombia.

According to Fábio Pfeiffer, NOVUS National Sales Director, the Forum "was a very high-level event that had productive discussions about the current moment and the future of the digitalization of the electric power industry in Latin America. NOVUS had an outstanding participation, presenting relevant innovations for the sector, and this consolidates its presence in this important segment of the economy."

Presenting solutions for monitoring utilities assets, NOVUS drew the attention of technology development institutes, consultants with extensive experience in the sector, and utilities. The expertise in automation for which the company is recognized was evidenced in the presentation of innovative solutions for applications in the energy matrix.

NOVUS founding partner visits Expo Dubai

Aderbal Lima, founding partner, CEO of NOVUS for 38 years and current board member of the company, participated in a business mission to Dubai in the second half of November. Lima attended the event as a representative and president of the Foreign Trade Council of FIERGS (Federation of Industries of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil). The activities at Expo Dubai serve to create networking between entrepreneurs and investors. In addition, it was also possible to visit startups and the information technology industrial center.
