NOVUS just released NP785, an ultra-low differential pressure transmitter for measuring very small differential pressures in neutral and non-corrosive gaseous media. Designed for HVAC systems and industrial environment, the NP785 ensures temperature compensation for long-term stability and complies with electromagnetic compatibility standards, providing robustness and reliability in a wide range of applications.
NP785 can operate bi-directionally, providing the ability to measure differential pressure ranges from vacuum to positive pressure. The device has a linear proportional pressure output and a measuring range configurable via USB (by using the configuration software). The analog output can be set to 0-10 V or 4-20 mA, and features an RS485 port with Modbus RTU retransmission interface. Designed with ABS/PC housing for DIN Rail mounting, this transmitter has nickel connectors that accept pneumatic hoses with internal diameter of 4 or 6 mm.
We must take all necessary actions to slow down the spread the of the COVID-19 virus. Following local and international recommendations and concerned with our employees, relatives, customers, business partners and suppliers NOVUS is taking measures
Five times more accurate than before, the process indicator optimizes monitoring as it allows a quick process diagnosis without visiting the instrumentation room.
Using Arduino allows programming complex systems easily and intuitively. Even some schools adopt this cheap and functional open source platform as part of their curricula, and the number of codes developed for Arduino is proof of its success and acceptance worldwide. But what about the industry? Is it possible to combine the Arduino facilities with the necessary robustness for industrial equipment?
The WL420 submersible hydrostatic level transmitter is a novelty in NOVUS portfolio, as the company will start offering level control and measurement equipment, providing its customers with even more complete solutions.
The event takes place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX on January 28-30.
