2017 was the year of NOVUS’ office setting in Canada. Operating since September 2016 in Vancouver, the office serves as a base for NOVUS' expansion in the Canadian market. Among the most important activities developed, we can highlight the prospection with the aim of enhancing NOVUS' market share in North America, the customer service and the market research besides identifying opportunities through trade shows and product presentations to customers.
"In 2017, we had the opportunity to present our products at the AHR trade show in Las Vegas, where we got to work on new opportunities, not only for the North American market, but also for the rest of the world. We also traveled to visit the ATX fair in Los Angeles, where more leads were found. On the occasion, we had the opportunity to visit new clients and old partners in the region. Also, we visited the Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show in Toronto, where the focus was prospecting new opportunities for NOVUS Canada ", says Felipe Sieben, the executive in charge in Canada operation.
For 2018, the main goal is to increase sales throughout North America, serving customers with the excellence and readiness required by this market. "One of our main targets is the machine manufacturers (integrators). It’s a market where we can seek good opportunities. We focus on the substantial revenue increase so we are developing a project that will help us achieve this goal", says Felipe.
An innovative action, developed between the Marketing and the International Market team, was designed for the launch of the new LogBox Connect BLE.
NOVUS was in Düsseldorf, Germany, from November 13th to 16th participating in the MEDICA Fair. The event brought news from the medical and hospital products and equipment industry and received physicians, nurses and entrepreneurs from over 120 countries.
