New online service: international customers can track their orders

NOVUS international customers can now track their purchase orders through the internet, using the link sent by email to each requested order.
Seeking the customer satisfaction, a "Track your Order" menu has been implemented in our website. The tool, idealized by NOVUS's foreign trade team, allows the customer to track their order in real time, identifying the stages of credit analysis, production time and shipment date.
To track the product transportation, the customer will have access to the tracking number to follow directly on the chosen shipping company's website. In addition, you will be able to download all documents relating to the order.

This service is only available for shipments from NOVUS’ manufacturing facility in Brazil.
